Board members / Management Company

The Homeowners association board members oversee a group of homes by setting and enforcing rules, as well as maintaining the grounds. Their job is to:

  • Advocate for the residents: noisy events, tow cars with expired tags and trash issues

  • Uphold the Covenants

  • Provide liaison with other resident groups

  • Sponsor special community activities

  • Enforce parking rules regulations
